Darling throw back to Americana motor inns. Close to town without being on a major road. Would stay again.
This place is amazing! The rooms are immaculate. Absolutely the cleanest place we've ever stayed. Every inch of space was so thoughtfully planned out. The bed is extremely comfortable. Would HIGHLY recommend this place. Would also recommend visiting the Dan'l Boone Inn Restaurant. It's a very unique place. We were there for breakfast. It is family-style dining and was a great experience.
Although the weather was not ideal during our 2 night stay, the snow covered landscape was beautiful. We really enjoyed our deluxe king room with kitchenette. The renovation to the 50s style was so well done with modern amenities. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was excellent and the entire room was very clean. We would recommend this as a special place to stay.
My wife, my dog, and I spent a night at BRTC recently and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and beautifully designed. It had everything we needed from a coffee maker to small fridge. The owners clearly spent considerable time recreating a nostalgic experience - we loved our stay!
My husband and I traveled to Boone just to stay in this motel. Someone on Facebook had posted about it and I was so excited to go. It met all my expectations so clean so well thought out! The bed was extremely comfortable with wonderful women it was probably the cleanest Place I have ever stayed more than met my expectations!

Our family booked two rooms one for ourselves and another for our 11-year-old son, Miles, who was thrilled to discover bunkbeds in his space. Both rooms featured compact kitchens equipped with cookware, microwaves, and dishwashers, a thoughtful touch for travelers who prefer the ease of preparing their own meals. The interiors are spacious, with beds that invite deep, restful sleep after a day of exploring the High Country. While we noted the absence of an iron, the overall attention to detail and maintenance more than compensated. Blue Ridge Tourist Court is not just a place to stay it’s a slice of history polished for the present day. Families will appreciate its clean, well-kept spaces, its convenience, and its subtle nods to the past, all wrapped in a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home in the mountains.
