Room was so clean . Breakfast is fantastic Olivia the supervisor was so kind sabah was fantastic both people where great refills was on time . I can’t remember the not so tall lady who ushered us to our sits was kind of thanks we will be back , and we will tell friends in Florida to. Visit your hotel

Had a great experience this morning with Sabah as my server for breakfast! She was attentive, kind and personable.

We went to the overlook restaurant and had Olivia Miller. She was amazing!!! She was very sweet and friendly!!

Tim was so nice during our check-in. He greeted us with a smile and welcomed us to our first visit to Asheville. Tim took time to answer my questions and gave us the lay of the land. We appreciated the information about the property amenities and it proved helpful during our stay. We had dinner at the Overlook during our weekend stay. Aria was fantastic as we celebrated my mother’s birthday! She provided stellar customer service with a smile. Aria didn’t miss a beat and recommended we have the steak dinner. The steak was cooked to perfection and we appreciated the asparagus and potatoes accompaniment. The raspberry cheesecake was perfect ending to such a wonderful dinner. We ended the evening watching the sunset around the fire pit.We had breakfast the next morning and was welcomed with that same stellar service from Olivia. Warm smiles at every interaction. Olivia was extremely attentive and made us feel like we were catching up with an old friend. Breakfast choices were very plentiful. Thank you Olivia! The establishment is lucky to have such caring and compassionate employees. Each interaction was genuine and heartfelt.
