Service is bad I banging on the ceiling and the service said it was us

Great location right off the freeway with lots of food and shopping nearby. Doesn't look like much from the outside but its recently renovated and the staff was friendly enough. Very quiet night. All the cable channels.had to update my review at the last minute because there was a cockroach. Yuck!!!!! I feel creeped out now.

Came here for a buisness trip and I use hotels every weekend bro this was littertly the worst ever ever it takes alot to make me write a review but the ac didn't work in my room it was gloomy they charge for minor stains on towels and sheets AND THE WORST PART IS THE VENDING MACHINE ATE MY MONEY AND THEIR WAS 2 DEAD ROACHES IN THE ROOM RECENTLY ALIVE please don't come save yourself.

It has a great location, but I had a problem with a woman who entered the hotel with her large, black dog off-leash. It attacked my dog ​​and me yesterday as we were leaving. I don't speak English, and she was American. The dog knocked me down, and I shielded my small dog with my body. Nothing serious happened because the owner came and got the dog, but I had a terrible experience. I don't think I'll stay there again; it's no longer safe for me because of this. I go every year; I've been staying there for three years now, but I think I won't go anymore. They should require that pets never be let off-leash.

It was a little sketchy but for the price it was ok. Just stayed one night, but it looked like some people were living there....
