Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health (free HIV testing)

Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health is the city and county health department at 407 South 26th Street, on the east side of town. It offers free HIV and hepatitis C testing; other STI tests may carry a lab fee. Walk-ins for testing are on Tuesdays from 8:30 to 11 AM, and other times are by appointment on 701-355-1540. It isn't an LGBTQ+ organisation, but it's the main free testing option in Bismarck, and the office is open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
