Fairmont Dallas

I had a great experience with the valet team! While I was watching the FIFA soccer match, I really enjoyed chatting about the game with Kyra, LP, Jody, Zaileon, and Donzavier. They were friendly, professional, and had my vehicle ready in no time. Excellent customer service all around!

Excellent customer service from start to finish! I was caught off guard when I found out the hotel only had valet parking, but the valet team made the whole experience smooth and convenient. Donzavier, Khadeem, LP, Zaileon, and Kyra were all amazing and always greeted me with a smile. The concierge and bellman were also incredibly helpful, especially with my luggage and recommending great places to eat while I was in town for FIFA. The hotel restaurant was a little on the expensive side, but the quality of the food definitely matched the price. I had a great stay and would happily come back.

The hotel is fine, I mean a Fairmont is a Fairmont. Too many rooms (two towers downtown dallas) so one would expect little bit more of service to a Diamond Member, they didn't give us a welcome drink, and besides the hotel needs a renovation... It looks like a hotel from the 2000's everything looks used, not maintained and the room service in the morning when we ask for a juice never arrived.. so for one to stay for work is ok but to choose it as a vacation hotel would not recommend it. Would expect a renovation soon tho. Not what I expected for a Fairmont and their prices. Also the pool looked like abandoned

Came into town for FIFA and had a great experience thanks to the valet team! Kyra was so sweet and beautiful, and Brandon, LP, and Jody were all friendly and quick. The concierge and bellman were also amazing—they helped with all my luggage and gave me some great food recommendations. The rooms felt a little old and vintage for my taste, but the customer service definitely made up for it.

Great location as always. The AC was barely ok, and that was 65*... didnt cool the room down enough by 4am, which was weird. Not cold, but just enough to only sleep with a sheet.. We figured the curtains open and lights on didnt help when we arrived... the overall feeling of being safe is our main priority! We will return for our third stay next time!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay this weekend at Fairmont Dallas. The staff were so kind. Specifically I want to shoutout Abhishek at the pyramid and a few others I just can’t remember their names but each time we went to the pyramid for breakfast they provided excellent service. Then when I was swimming I noticed Juan setting up the pool chairs and man he was hustling giving a great work ethic! The hotel rooms were older and really I didn’t mind that because they were kept up with well. My bugaboo was with the shower and how short the shower head was located. I’m 6’4 and it hit my chest. Would have been nice to have either a taller shower head or an adjustable shower head pole to adjust to your preferrer height. Overall an excellent stay and I recommend going to the pool and walking downtown to Salsa Limon for a solid quick meal.

The service was impeccable. Every staff member we interacted with was proficient and friendly. The hotel vibe is classic luxury with a lovely lobby. We also enjoyed a wonderful meal in the bar. Highly recommend this downtown gem.

Stayed here a couple days and loved the staff and the service and the rooms were clean except for weird spots on the tub. But I docked a star because of the parking situation is kinda annoying. Overall, will stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at the Fairmont Austin to celebrate both of our birthdays along with the Fourth of July, and it couldn't have been a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The views were incredible, the amenities were top-notch, and every staff member we interacted with provided outstanding service. A special thank you to Jesse, who was incredibly helpful and understanding after I had an accident in our room. He handled the situation with professionalism and genuine kindness, which meant a lot and turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. The hotel truly made our celebration feel special, and we'll always remember this trip. We can't wait to come back the next time we're in Austin!

We came to watch a FIFA football match at this hotel, paying for it. We speak five languages ​​and have several nationalities. We had an extremely unpleasant experience with the hotel guests making racist remarks towards us. Yes, we understood what they were saying and were clearly trying to provoke us with their trash talk. We were ready to call friends for backup if the situation worsened. If you are a person of color, please do not stay at this hotel; the racist remarks made are serious and unacceptable.
