CinemaQ Film Festival

CinemaQ is Denver's LGBTQ+ film festival, run by Denver Film at the Sie FilmCenter on East Colfax. It's a long weekend of queer features, documentaries and shorts, usually at the end of May or in early June, with filmmaker Q&As and parties.

The 2026 festival ran 29 to 31 May. Tickets and passes go on sale through denverfilm.org a few weeks before. The 2027 dates hadn't been announced when we checked in October 2026.
