Amazing service, awesome people!

We have stayed in so many hotels and we know a good bed when we get one. Pillows as well. The rooms are a bit outdated but they are working on that. You can see that they clean thoroughly. It's also very quiet and calm. The staff is wonderful from the very beginning. Vashu welcomed us in our arrival and was also here when we left and she was wonderful. So friendly and Kind. We will be coming back in about two months and we will stay here again.

I did not stay at this hotel at all. I walked into my room and immediately walked back out. There were several young kids running around smoking marijuana, which was concerning but not the main issue. While I was in the room, there were people outside threatening to fight each other. I also noticed a hole in the wall, the bathroom was dirty, and the bed was very uncomfortable. I went to the front desk and informed the employee that I did not feel safe staying there and would not be staying the 5 days. I asked if I could receive a refund, but I was told I would need to call in the morning. The next morning, I called the front desk and spoke with the assistant manager. He initially refused to issue a refund and informed me that I was still checked into the hotel, even though I had left the night before because I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. He told me that I “should have called the police.” I responded by saying that if I was expected to pay for all five nights, then I would return, stay the entire time, call the police if necessary, and report every issue I witnessed on the property. After that conversation, his tone completely changed. I also mentioned that I would be leaving a review about my experience, and he told me not to. I should not have had to threaten complaints or police involvement just to receive a refund for a hotel stay where I genuinely did not feel safe. After all of this, I only received a refund for four of the five nights because the hotel kept me checked in for the first night, even though I attempted to check out immediately after arriving. Overall, the customer service was terrible until I started insisting that I would come back, stay the full reservation, and involve the police regarding the issues I witnessed on the property. I do not like being put in a position where I have to escalate things this far, but I felt like I had no other choice because of how the situation was handled. I booked this hotel for five nights, but there was no way I was going to stay there by myself under those conditions. EDIT : Chnaged my review to two stars just because Johny has been a little more helpful the second time around.

Great location right next to the airport. The manager was exceptionally helpful and even dropped me to the airport without my asking.

Great for the price
