Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity (Duke)

The Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity (CSGD) is Duke University's LGBTQ+ resource center, based in the Bryan Center on West Campus. Founded in 1994 as the Center for LGBT Life, it provides support, programming, advocacy and community space for queer and trans students, staff and faculty, and hosts events that reach the wider Triangle community. It is one of the anchor institutions behind Durham's reputation as one of the South's more welcoming cities for LGBTQ+ people.
