Tried to charge my card after I left. I was with my kids and wife. Tried to say it was for a cleaning fee due to the smell if marijuana. Straight bullshit. There's no way. Tried to charge me at 3:30 at night and when I called they said it was the head house cleaners call. Didn't know the head house cleaner works that late. Just be careful for unnecessary charges
Beds and pillows were good. It was pretty dirty and the food at breakfast was not being stocked and it was not that busy. Needs to be updated. The tub was creaking like it was gonna fall in. Don't leave your stuff in your car, it doesn't feel safe. Also wifi is unsecured and when I connected there was an instant attempt to hack my computer. Anti virus caught it, couldn't be used and as a business traveler this is unacceptable. Won't stay here again, not up to Hamptons standards
We stay here whenever we are in Eau Claire and always have been 100% satisfied.
Most uncomfortable pillows. If you enjoy sleeping on pancakes, this is your place even after requesting different pillows I still had pancakes.
