Staff was friendly. The live kiosk check in process was extremely smooth and I was checked in very quickly. I needed a replacement card and it was resolved in less than a minute. I like that I was greeted by someone from the live kiosk every time I entered the building. Other hotels I have had to hunt for the front desk attendant but not at Envi. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Room was cold and fridge was cold!

This could’ve been a four star rating, but I wanted to raise the average because it was a decent stay. If you’re looking for a budget priced hotel with clean rooms and helpful staff this is a good choice. The virtual Front Desk attendant was indeed there 24 seven and although it’s odd to walk up to a screen, they solved my problems each time, and could readily get a human being to appear. So no big deal with virtual Front Desk

5/5 Envi Hotel truly feels like a home away from home! This place is very clean, nice, and peaceful. The general manager/owner and his staff go out of their way to make your stay wonderful - they're friendly, helpful, and really care about guests. I also loved the free breakfast and beverages. It's a great value. If you're in the Tri-state area, I highly recommend staying here. I'll definitely be back.

Very pleasant staff easy to work with very clean rooms. I’ve stayed here in the past. They’ve done a lot of renovations. This is a must stay hotel for Henderson conveniently located to everything and just the stones throw away from the bridge to Evansville. Even my service pets. Enjoyed it if you have to be away from home this is a place I would suggest.
