Hops On Birch

Great beer selecrion, great bartender/owner, excellent music, killer vibes

Faith was really good! The vibes were laid back & the beer was great. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

Awesome environment and great drinks!

**THE ONLY BREWERY THAT ALLOWS DOGS INSIDE AND LOVES THEM** We were visiting and were so shocked how many breweries say they’re “pet friendly” , but tell them to stay outside when it’s 45 degrees and colder. This brewery accepted us and Zoe with open arms! The beer and vibes were also great, there was a lot of children though…. Like a table of seven kids that were 7 and under.

this place is so cozy + always has great music playing

Cute little bar to enjoy a quick happy after a day at snow owl before heading back to the valley! Service was quick, parking was decent, and specials were good for happy hour!

7/7/2025 @ 5:30pm - 5 of us at the bar trying to order drinks. Bartender never got off his phone. He knew we were standing there, barely gave us an acknowledgement when we were trying to put in an order. We stood there a few more minutes and then left. He never got off his phone and didn’t provide any reason as to why he wasn’t serving us. On to the next place. Stay classy Flagstaff.

Great spot to grab a beer, play a boardgame and just enjoy the day!

Bartender was cheerful and knowledgeable. The drinks were a little bit on the bland side for a sour or saison.
