Bailey at the front desk was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She truly made our stay even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. If you’re looking for a great place to stay, look no further—you won’t be disappointed!

We really enjoyed our stay! We were fortunate enough to find them on the first day of opening, so it was pretty cool to be the first ones to stay on the property! From arrival, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The front desk manager was assisting the new Front desk attendant, Maria. She did great on her first check in, which was us! The rooms were very clean and it seems they thought of just about everything, including a laundry basket! I got the chance to chat with two of the housekeeping attendants, Monét and her sister -- they were very sweet! Since this is a part of their Extended Stay branding, this isn't a typical hotel. It doesn't include breakfast, but it does have a free barista machine in the lobby that makes a mean Hot Macchiato! There is a gym, laundry room, and two irons/board for your convenience. It's in a great location, just off of I-40, and in the complex with Top Golf and Main event. There is everything, and anything that you need just a street over, and you have all of the major retail stores and restaurants in the vicinity. I also love that check out is at 11am vs 10am at most places. The manager Baylee (sp?) was super nice, and very accommodating, he even let us do a late check out the morning of. I will most definitely be staying here again very soon, and I would definitely recommend it to those needing an affordable option under Marriott! I've included a few pictures for reference!

I visited StudioRes & honestly was impressed, especially for a brand-new extended stay hotel. Modern feel, clean & thoughtfully designed property for longer visits. Convenient location off of I-40 & only a short drive to/from PTI. Alana was amazing. Very professional & courteous. Highly recommend
