This is the place is by far the worst place? I've ever seen big man size potholes in the road. Abandoned trailers all over the park. I wouldn't rent there this is hobart troubled spot No management at all at the place everything is abandoned garbage everywhere trees down that is very dangerous can kill someone

I highly recommend this park in Hobart. The community is well-maintained, and the new management and staff are helpful, friendly, and responsive as well. Living here has been a positive experience with a peaceful atmosphere. The amenities and location are great. Easy access to essential services.
This place is going under a lot of change for the better!! Management is very responsive and helpful. Glad to see somebody taking care of it. If you're looking for somewhere to call home highly recommend checking it out.
