Lovely, clean and quiet stay right in the middle of a busy area with lots of nearby restaurants, shopping and convenient access to options. We will be back!

The place really is just not kept up with. The wifi is so slow that many connections fail. There are missing pieces of trim and holes in some walls. The was a bunch of pickles and lettuce on the ground by the stairs. The EV chargers are hit or miss. The Tesla chargers work if you have a Tesla, but if you have an SAE/CCS based plug, the CCS charger is broken and using a NACS adapter for the Tesla's fail the connection test. In the evenings there were tailgaters in the basement imbibing in copious amounts of weed and alcohol that made it unpleasant to even park in the basement. 0/10, would not recommend

All Ice machines were broken the pool was broken the house keepers were rude

Tv was broken when we showed up ceiling paint peeling above bed no screen in the windows ceiling light can was hanging out of drywall paying around 200$ a night for a ratchet hotel, service was good tho

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. I cannot believe the price for this place is way too much. I’ve stayed at motel 6 that was way nicer. No tv no coffee 2 had towel to dry your self. One bar soap. Stinks. Ice machine broke limited parking. Front desk turned away two hard working men because no reservation. But I came with no reservation and got in. Took long time though. I highly recommend staying another player trust.

Picked this hotel because I was in town for a trade show and it had an indoor pool. Staff were polite and on the ball, facility was clean, room was clean and the bed was excellent. The only complaint I have is the elevators and the pool. Elevators on Saturday am took a long time to arrive. Pool had a scummy film on the surface so I didnt use it. Breakfast was good, and hot and plenty of food avail despite it being busy. Only suggestion is, to have staff check the pool more frequently and do something about the elevators taking so long. Perhaps have a floor indicator above the doors so people can decide either to wait or take the stairs. Spent 5 minutes waiting when I should've just walked down the stairs.

I do not recommend this hotel. I was in town for a few days and thought this property would fit the bill, but unfortunately, it fell short in several ways. The first thing you notice when walking into the hotel is an overwhelming smell of curry in the lobby. I have no issue with Indian cuisine, but it’s not something you expect—or want—to be hit with when entering a hotel, especially for an extended stay. Another major issue was the elevator situation. There are two elevators, but one was shut down—presumably to save on electricity. Staying on the fifth floor, this became incredibly frustrating. At one point, I waited nearly 15 minutes just to get from the ground floor to my room because the hotel was hosting an event and clearly did not adjust elevator service to accommodate the increased number of guests. As a frequent business traveler, this level of inconvenience is unacceptable, and I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere. The only positive note is that the room itself was clean and comfortable, particularly on the fifth floor where the lobby odor was no longer noticeable.

It was a nice hotel. The only complaint I have is that there is only one elevator working and it was super slow. Otherwise it was nice. And the location was great for me.

A simple clean room and nice breakfast. A nice view overlooking the water fountain. You can hear door slamming out in the hallway.
