I have never in my life been treated so badly as my family was treated by this hotel. EVER! My recommendation: DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL! To make the story short- I booked weeks in advance at Hotolos through super.com (also- DO NOT USE SUPER.COM.) I got to the hotel in the evening and they told me that my booking was canceled due to a leak at the hotel. They also said that they would not refund my money, since it was booked by a third party. They said they tried to call me, but I did not have a single missed call. The worst part wasn’t any of that- it was the total lack of apology. The lack of offering any sort of assistance, or even a bottle of water for the inconvenience. I was there with my husband, 9 year old daughter, and our 9 month old son who kept crying because it was bedtime. We received ZERO respect or humility, when it wasn’t even our fault! Super.com requested a letter from the hotel to prove they cancelled and they refused to provide it. Lastly- the hotel is very run down- it does not look like the online photos. Do yourself a favor and pay $20, $50, even $100 more to avoid feeling the way it felt to be there and be treated like garbage!!!

This is the worst hotel EVER! Do not stay here. The front lobby is very deceiving as to what your room ends up looking like. Finally got here after a long day of a flight delay… immediately walk into the room and it’s not even the type we reserved. I walk back down to talk to the front desk, he gives me attitude and says that’s the only room he has. I also think people live here and these aren’t the best conditions for anyone! They also don’t actually have pMakes me wonder how much they charge. They made us go outside to walk to our room because the hallway closes after a certain time for some reason. Believe will be the room we ordered versus what we got and our sink was also full of water. Why would we have to be shown to empty it? The blanket was very thin and the mattress wasn’t the best quality. Will be calling the website I booked with to get a refund hopefully.

The hotel pleasantly surprised me despite the bad reviews. It's true the hotel needs some updating and the staff isn't the best, but it's very good and exceeded my expectations. The pool area is great, the rooms are very comfortable and equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and iron. The TV connection was very poor; I could barely get many channels. The location is excellent, and if you're just going to sleep, it's a good option compared to other hotels in the area. The price is very attractive.

WARNING: Uninhabitable & Dirty – Avoid Hotolos Hollywood I had a reservation here (Conf: 6585238872) but could not stay because the room was filthy, aged, and physically damaged. Management refused to provide a clean alternative and simply told me to 'get a refund from Booking.com.' I have full photo and video evidence of the mold, dirt, and damage. Booking.com is only offering a $11.55 credit for a stay that was impossible to complete. This is a health and safety issue. Save your money and stay elsewhere until this property is properly inspected by the Florida DBPR."

They texted me day of that checkin ends at 11pm. The front door is locked with no attendant. We booked the hotel With a flight weeks ago and they didn’t send a message until today while we were on the plane. No indication of this on website or Expedia page. Just told us same day. Went to a nice Hilton Hampton inn next door. They said this happens all the time. DO NOT BOOK THIS SCAMMY BUSINESS

Not as nice as the photos and descriptions demonstrate. They're slowly converting to some sort of retirement residence of some sort, owners don't care, rooms semi old and elevators need updating. Avoid higher room due to odours and more. Avoid unless no other choice or you need something verrrry basic for one night. Front desk staff was very accommodating re. Issues and did give me a 50% off discount which was nice. They owned up to their issues.

Please DO NOT BOOK here!! My husband and I booked a 1 night stay for a concert date night. We drove 3 hours and upon arrival we were told by Roy at the front desk that our reservation had been cancelled due to major flood damage to multiple rooms….Hmmmmm…we then went next door to the Hampton Inn and the front desk agent there had told us that she had customers all the time who come in looking for a room after being told the same story. Upon calling Hotels.com we learned that our reservation has not been cancelled and is still active. Here is the scam this hotel is telling customers with third party reservations that their reservation has been cancelled due to something like flooding, then they rebook the room and collect a premium for the room, but because they haven’t actually cancelled your reservation, when you “no show”they collect the full price of the room a second time. Looking at the reviews, you can see this has happened many times. We are filled a complaint with the BBB, Hotels.com. And have already contacted our lawyer as we are now out the cost of another hotel room (Spring Break Weekend), Our concert that we missed completely and the gas, time off work and aggravation. Scammed by a hotel is a first, just want to warn others to please stay away!!

My partner and I made reservations through a 3rd party for a king size bedroom. We got there to check in. Please note check in is the same time everyday. So, why at peak check in time you only have 1 person working the front desk makes 0 sense to anyone and everyone we talked to in the lobby. Another note, they told us they were busy because it was Valentine's day and still only 1 person. No smiles and no greeting. Get to our room and there is 2 beds. Go back down to the lobby and showed them our receipt that we ordered a king bed room. They "couldn't do anything because they were out of king beds". They were like it isn't our fault with a we don't care attitude. So me and my 6'4 man had to deal. The place is run down!! Smells everywhere. Seem like people stay/live there long term. The set up of this place is so weird. I will never return here no matter how good of a deal they have!! Do not waste your money staying here!!

Decent stay, wifi was spotty however. Room was clean.

Imagine flying in and landing at 11pm to an email that your hotel cancelled your reservation that you’ve had booked confirmed closed there lobby at 10 on a Friday night during spring break in a cruise port town all while being 6 months pregnancy. They have an emergency number that no one answers. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

They only clean up after you leave, and I recommend asking about breakfast before booking, as they say it's included online but the website says they don't offer it. Many of their competitors do offer breakfast for the same price.

Great Service. Great Location

I simply don’t have the words. These people are not in the Hotel business, the absolute worst attitude of ANYONE ANYWHERE that I’ve stayed in the past and I’m almost 70. I took an infrared light with me, they must be afraid of bleach. Hotels.com should be ashamed of recommending this hotel. I can’t ever trust your website again. Voting with my money, won’t be using you again. I plan on sharing with my friends. Shame on you!
