Clean rooms, great price

I’ve been staying at Motel 6 for years and have consistently had a smooth experience. Over the past six months, I’ve been booking rooms online and paying in cash upon arrival a couple of times each week without any issues. However, my most recent visit was very disappointing. The staff member I interacted with, Sara, seemed to be having a bad day and told me she didn’t like my attitude, then canceled my reservation. On top of that, she told me that my partner and I are no longer allowed to stay at the property. This came as a complete surprise, as I’ve always followed the rules and never had any previous problems here. I would appreciate some clarification from management regarding what happened, because this experience felt unfair and inconsistent with the service I’ve received in the past.

I had a horrible stay and regret spending my money here. I have attempted to contact Motel 6 three times about my stay. They don’t care to respond. I called ahead to book a room with a bathtub. Upon arrival, there was no drain stop and the bathtub could not be used. The Wi-Fi also didn’t work. I did not sleep at all because I could hear every single vehicle and person that passed by my room. On April 13, a manager told me I would receive a refund. That did not happen, so I called back today. I re-explained the situation and the staff member called me a liar then hung up the phone. I am in utter disbelief at this point.

Nice clean facility with easy access to the I-5 freeway, staff was more than helpfull. Lots of grass to walk our dog.

Wow- this property has changed so much in a year! They have definitely changed for the better! The rooms are new, clean and updated with style and class! Courtney in the front office is always helpful and friendly. She has been a great asset in helping improve the environment for the better! The room was reasonably priced, I was happy to be able to finish up some things for work and get a good nights rest; it was perfectly peaceful and quiet. I will definitely stay here again.
