Causeway Bay Lansing Hotel & Convention Center

Rooms a little dated but location is good and very quiet. Would stay again.

This has to be one of the most misleading advertised hotels I have ever stayed in. IT IS AWFUL!!! You cannot get towels for the rooms or any other services for that matter. I should have read the reviews before booking! The location was convenient to where I needed to go, but the fact you cannot get the bare necessities when needed is RIDICULOUS!!! It feels like we are living in a homeless shelter. The hallways smell like urine, etc.

called up there and told them to cancel my reservation because i looked at the reviews on bedbugs and cockroach’s and they told me its winter and there may be 1-2 bed bugs but its not an “issue”…….. i dont know about you but anybody knows 1 bugs brings them all so i asked her to cancel because i will not be in and she got an attitude and said whatever its not a big deal to most people!!!

Easy access

Its not very nice being remodeled I do believe its a nice thing there doing for the homeless people so they have somewhere warm to sleep being its so cold out no one should have to sleep out there in the cold so im glad people are working together for the homeless at least when its freezing out there and life is so valuable

Affordable rooms

This hotel is gasping its dying breath. It used to be nice, but now it is dirty, worn, and uncared-for. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful, but he couldn't make up for the smell of pot and tobacco that permeated the building or the hairs in the bed. The lamp didn't work and the surface of the desk chair was completely worn off. The parking lots were unlit, and people were hanging out as if they had nowhere else to go. We got a refund and left.

other than having a good location, definitely not a place you wanna take the family trust me place is nice. Could be one of the nicest places in town if it was renovated it straight out of the 1960s not a good night you could buy about anything in the world, you want it there legal or illegally
