It's OK the buffet isn't good at all

I’ve never met ruder employees than the ones that work at MGM Grand. This place is absolute trash. I won’t spend one dollar, ever, in a place that treats people like trash for literally no reason.. mgm is a terrible place with rude employees that treat you like an ignorant nuisance for simply asking questions. They’ll never get one more dollar out of me for the rest of my life. Worst hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. Empty hallways, dead-ends, and overall a dumpier place than circus circus by leaps and bounds. I’ll never step foot in any mgm property again.

I had a wonderful first visit! Join the reward program and have fun! Nice staff. Great restaurants inside, the lazy river was so fun!

Overall, a very pleasant stay. The hotel offers good value for money; the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The room service deserves special mention—it was quick, friendly, and reliable. The staff was also consistently helpful and courteous. The casino was okay, but it didn't quite win me over. The selection and atmosphere were rather average and could be improved. Nevertheless, I can recommend the hotel because of the good rooms, the service, and the fair prices, and I would stay here again.

We were given a lovely room on the 17th floor which included a safe and a small refrigerator in addition to the stocked mini fridge. The 17th floor was quiet and far away from the casino, so great for sleeping. We were able to call our breakfast order in the night before and morning room service delivery was timely. We had a terrific view of the new Athletic's baseball park that is being built. It was a lovely experience from check in to check out.

I was just something different.. Parking fees were waived.. I was promised ONLY 1 night in the studio tower, but NEVER happened.
