I swore off Hilton hotels and only booked here because I couldn't find a Marriott in the area. The stay may be the reason I give Hilton another try. Before I arrived, I received the email about my stay and it read I had a room with 2 Queens. I reached out to the hotel via the app and advised I thought I booked a King. In less than 5 minutes, I had a King room. Walking into my room immediately calmed me after a delayed flight and waiting 1 hour at baggage claim; it's really nice sized with areas to store everything so it isn't in your way. When they reached out the morning after my 1st night to ask if there was anything they could do to make my stay better and I advised the water was warm at best they stated they'd get someone to look into it. My next shower...HOT! The lobby, hallways, room, bathroom all extremely clean. It is now my go to hotel when I'm in the area.

Very clean. Convenient to local area attractions. Staff very organized. Very safe neighborhood.

Absolutely terrible experience. I checked in around 11:45 PM and immediately noticed dirty towels left in the bathroom and a leaking showerhead. I called the front desk to ask about it, and they said they would send housekeeping. Housekeeping eventually came, removed the dirty towels, and their “solution” to the leaking showerhead was to wrap a new towel around it to stop water from leaking onto the floor (attached photos and videos). I called the front desk again and requested a room change. The receptionist’s exact response was: “If you don’t like it, you can leave and I can cancel the entire reservation.” Completely unacceptable customer service. Since it was already very late at night, I decided to stay and deal with it in the morning. The next morning, I asked again about changing rooms, and the front desk told me they had “no idea” whether any rooms would become available later that day. The only reason this review gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because they eventually moved me to another room by the afternoon. Other than that, there was no apology, no attempt to make things right, no discount — just rude behavior throughout the stay. I was very happy to check out and will never stay here again.

We booked a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Roslyn for our wedding, and had an all around great experience! Samantha was very helpful and accommodating in setting up the block and answering all our questions in the lead up. We and our guests enjoyed our stay as well as the bar and breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel!
