She made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! She is amazing and I have made sure to book at this location because of the great service Shaunna has provided for me and my family. I recently stayed at the Embassy North Charleston. The customer service was exceptional, incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. I also want to give special recognition to Ryan, Arie, Shekara Dayne, and Beth for providing outstanding customer service and making my stay enjoyable. I also want to recognize the kitchen staff and housekeeping staff They are the best I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with, I didn't get everyone's names. Please let them know I'm very pleased with the professionalism, courtesies, and outstanding service. Maxx, you have the best staff I have ever encountered in my many years with Hilton To my Divine 9, who work in the dining roo The Housekeeping staff, my favorite; they kept the place clean Thank you to all the staff.

Zion and hose were super helpful at the front desk. I did not get everyone’s name but all employees (except one)were exceptional. Rooms were very clean food was good . We enjoyed our stay there.

Staying at this location on business. All staff exceeds my expectations of Hilton: friendly, helpful, polite, respectful; every area is immaculate and welcoming. Special shout out to guest services staff, especially Jenson! Rockstar people person, repping for the great Hilton brand

I checked into this hotel for a lovely evening with a guest on aug 26,2026 . We were suppose to check out the following afternoon but i wanted to stay another night with my guest .I called that morning to request and extended stay which was granted and a arrangement was set so i can call back at specific time to get payment via the phone . Unfortunately i received a message from my guest that we needed to leave the hotel because she “worked there “ Who is questioned by management About a Reservation that her name was not on. Due to my preferences on my Hilton Honors app, stating that I prefer rooms That you can smoke in. My guest was then question by management Specifically asking her if she “smoked inside of the room”. As a Hilton Honors member for many years I have never had a smoking incident And I am well aware that Hilton Honors hotels does not allow smoking. As I arrived to the hotel to gather my things, I can hear employees and management Discussing What’s going on with my current reservation. At this time, I still have not yet been notified by the hotel itself. What was going on? I was just going based off of what my guest said . this is suppose to be hotel who Honors their privacy for their guest, however, being a guest and walking through the halls and hearing employees and management discussing what is going on with your current reservation Is unacceptable very distasteful and very unprofessional. I would not recommend going to this hotel If you are privately, trying to enjoy yourself because management will talk about you in the halls amongst other guest .

My name is Ramona Hall. I stay at the Embassy every weekend with my job South Carolina School for the Deaf and Blind. So far I have nothing but good things to say about the Embassy. The breakfast is wonderful and the Asst front office manager Shaunna make the check in go smoothly

This hotel has always been a great place to stay. We decided to do a quick family getaway to Charleston and this is always our choice. Shaunna the Assistant Front Office Manager was amazing making sure my family and I got checked in smoothly. Funny story she also did my reservation back in March when I had to bring students to the state FBLA conference. She was good then and still amazing now. Thank you so much
