Service didn't leave toilet paper or clean towels

Dude….. dude. Got in our uber to head over to the hotel… (me and my friend are younger looking people in town for a concert mind you…) our driver sees where we are going, looks us up and down and goes “oh no…. I’m telling you right now.. this is not a place for you… I will drive you there just so you can see it, and if you don’t want to stay there I will drive you anywhere else down town free of charge…” (SHOT OUT THAT GUY🫶) he drove us up and this place LITERALLY LOOKS LIKE A HORROR MOVIE!!!!!!! IT WAS SO DISGUSTING WR DIDNT EVEN GET OUT OF THE CAR!!! I asked the locals and other hotel workers and every single person told me how this was one of the most dangerous places to stay in the area I think I got the phrase “yea no, that’s the place you stay when you don’t care about your life.” From the front desk worker of another hotel near by💀💀💀

Horrible place to book a room if your traveling or even stay in town, this location is nasty and they have horrible customer service. I would advise you too book anywhere else but here, Trust Me !!!

Anyone coming for 2026 state wrestling tournament 3/13-3/14. Please trust this post and do not stay and this HORRENDOUS establishment. You do not want your family here. It is not right even for a single grown man. TRUST ME DO NOT STAY HERE. If I can give NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD Made a mistake of booking a room here. Had to leave due to the top lock on door breaking within first 5 minutes of arrival. Bottom lock also did not work. Room was not secure and staff did not care. Gentleman was very rude became combative. Much Better Other options in the area. DO NOT STAY HERE. Homeless people are hanging in the parking lot. And it looked like people live here long term. This place needs to be knocked down.

I had a wonderful stay at OYO Hotel in Downtown Peoria during a very stressful time for my family. My child was admitted to the hospital nearby, and we needed a comfortable and convenient place to stay. This hotel truly made a difference for us. The location was perfect, very close to the hospital, which made everything much easier. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was kind, understanding, and supportive during our stay, which meant a lot to us. During such a difficult time, having a safe and welcoming place to return to each day brought us great comfort. I truly appreciate the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making a challenging situation a little easier for our family.

The floor was dirty and nasty table had burn marks on them at least the bathroom was clean and the bed had clean sheets got rest and checked out when it was time

The rooms had food in the fridge from the person before. The locks are broken on the doors. There are cochroaches and mold in the rooms showers and a.c units. There were drugs, drug baggies, broken glass, dirt grime and billo in the rooms. I asked if they would hire a cleaner for partial rent and they denied so here I am to say, unless you want to spend 75 dollars and risk drug exposure, being attacked due to lack of security on doors and lack of ID check for room cards... do not go here. Dirty sheets with burn holes. Not family safe at all. I stayed 2 nights and 2 different rooms.they were awful conditions but they said it was all they had left. What's a gal to do when it says no refunds, no exceptions.? Stay silent sleep and Google it!

I should have listened to the reviews, I really should have. This review will contain every bad thing I found in our stay. None of it was good. So coming into the so called lobby of this place you find your self on the other side of bulletproof glass in a small room that you can barely move in. With no disability access and a tiny window. When you enter your room there is not anything such as a door mat on the floor so dirty shoes and snow immediately cover the floors. We had to use the already dirty towels that were in the bathroom to mop up the floor or we would slip. There were dead bugs squished on the wall. One was a moth. And moths only come out in the summer so that means that it was there for months before we checked in. The place has a dirty disgusting feel to it and we immediately felt disgusted. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and was too small and low to the ground. So someone like me that is disabled would fall off of it and not be able to get back up. The fridge wasn’t cold at all. The heater was located in a horrible spot so that the curtains would open up when the heater was running making privacy a thing to worry about. The fire alarm obviously didn’t work at all. The place said no smoking in rooms but there was an ash tray in our room that was obviously used. Overall if I could give 0 stars I would. We will never use this hotel EVER again. Beware!

Even though it's close to St. Francis - the accommodations are shotty at best. The lobby service sucks. The cleaning woman looked like a hype. The room was horrible 😫 so we immediately left the premises. DON'T BOOK A STAY, YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

Every room I had was dirty nasty covers and sheets. Roaches crawling, rooms hold no heat in winter no air in summer. Towels nasty microwave nasty and the guy that works at the front desk is rude.
