Hello!
Come celebrate all things Yin with me during the Full Buck Moon. Also known as the salmon and blackberry moon, we will practice mindful eating and meditation, ritual, and yin yoga. We will honor female and nonbinary dieties and learn about them as we practice rest and Qigong and reflection together.
