Get support from our tailored programming for transgender and nonbinary youth, including: Assistance navigating Gender Affirming Care, ex: gaining access to HRT, and Gender Affirming surgeries Assistance with name and gender marker changes Finding community and support If you would like to learn more about these services and talk to someone, and you fall outside of this age range, please DM to arrange a visit. When: First Tuesday of the month Time: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm Where: South Bay Youth Center, 1180 3rd Ave, Suite C1, Chula Vista Contact: sbyc@thecentersd.org   Please note that we provide hormone replacement therapy referrals and name and gender marker change referrals to people 18 and over. If you're interested and under 18, we can also talk to your parent(s)/guardian(s) to get them informed. In the state of California, anyone under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent to receive medical care.
