Great rooms and great experience. I had an accidental billing discrepancy and the managers worked quickly to help resolve it. Would highly recommend.
I booked a one-bedroom suite with a king bed and sofa over the phone. However, when I arrived, I was assigned a wheelchair-accessible room. This was not the room I had expected or requested, and I found it to be very uncomfortable for my stay. The bed was especially uncomfortable and made loud noises every time we sat down, turned over, or got up. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep because of the constant noise. The front desk associate who checked me in, Axel, was not helpful. I also discovered that inaccurate notes had been added to my reservation stating that there were six people staying in my room. This information is completely false. If your security cameras are reviewed, they will confirm how many people actually entered and stayed in my room. When I called the front desk to explain that I had been assigned an accessible room and requested the one-bedroom suite I had booked, the only alternative I was offered was a standard room with a king bed and sofa—not the one-bedroom suite I had reserved and paid for. This was not an acceptable solution. In addition, I was not given clear directions on how to find my room, which made the check-in experience even more frustrating. Overall, I was very disappointed with the poor and inconsiderate customer service I received. I expected the room type I reserved, accurate recordkeeping, and professional assistance from the staff. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve future guest experiences.

Very comfy beds, beautiful property. Very friendly staff and clean pool. On the night we stayed, there was a bunch of kids playing hide and seek in the courtyard and it was cool to watch kids be kids and it was a safe environment for them to do so.
