The front desk service is a joke They tell you they are going to call you back soon never did Even ask for Manager he does not even call back

I have partnered with the Hampton for room blocks and stayed in a room myself, and the service is top notch! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location can't be beat. Everyone from the sales team to the front desk is so friendly and accommodating, and I would recommend for anyone to stay here if visiting the area.

Checked in and had a dirty shower. Asked for them to send someone to clean and the lady showed up with a lint roller and got up the hair. I told them that it needed to be cleaned and that we were heading out. Please clean while gone. Returned late this evening to a still dirty shower. Now waiting on cleaner to come to clean prior to us going to sleep. Very frustrating and poor service.

I love how close it is to so many eateries and a park. It's in a very walkable part of town.

Clean, updated, friendly staff. Parking is a bit weird and expensive, but the location is great- easy to walk to almost everything you might need.

We really loved our stay at the Hampton Inn. I did a lot of research on hotels in Boston and this one exceeded our expectations. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and spacious, parking fee was reasonable, and breakfast was included. We did drive, but there was also a close by bus that took you to the T. We were away from the city noise being right outside the more busy areas. Other highlights included a nice gym with a nearby park for walking. We also enjoyed having close by restaurants and stores like target and Best Buy. The staff were kind and courteous at all hours. My husband is a type 1 diabetic and had his sugar crash in the middle of the night from walking so much, and they were very helpful. We look forwarded to staying here again in the future. Area was safe, and there were additional safety precautions with needing a keycard to enter communal areas after a certain time. Don’t let the 2 star hotel fool you - it’s a nice hotel, in a safe area.

Awful customer service! Will not cancel my reservation when there is a 30 day notice and I gave them 60 days and my mother is sick. They could have just helped us out but instead decided to be very hard to deal with. Please AVOID manager is awful

The breakfast was a joke. When I asked about fresh fruit, a staff member rudely pointed to a basket of blackened, overripe bananas and bruised oranges like I should be thankful. These had clearly been sitting out for days. For the price of this hotel, "fresh fruit" should mean exactly that. The attitude from staff made it even worse — completely unacceptable. Will not be returning.

The room and the hotel is fantastic. Gym is available and the location is great. Room cleaning was only every 2nd day, one if my colleagues had no cleaning in 4 days. This could be improved

Stayed here while college touring with kids. Happened to be during Boston marathon, so prices were inflated at all local hotels. Hampton was reasonable, we had 2 queen beds with pullout sofa. Tons of room, huge balcony. Very modern and clean hotel. We asked for an additional blanket and it was delivered within 5 minutes to the door…great service. Standard hot buffet breakfast, but the dining area was very nice with an outdoor patio as well. Very good location, lots of shops, restaurant options, climbing gym and a movie theater all within a couple blocks. Very accessible to Boston, and right on there Charles. Charged my EV overnight in the parking garage. ChargePoint location. Would stay here again

Very nice hotel and service. Great restaurants nearby. Movie theater closes early enough though so be mindful!
