We had no TV the whole two days we were there and we didn't swim in the pool because it was filthy, we tried to skim it but it didn't help.

Room was dirty, TV did not work, Owner was a little rude when we addressed it. Got a full refund and chose a different hotel

Likely not returning to this location. Night staff is rude when asking simple questions, gave 2 guests a set of one towels for a 3 night stay, upon asking for more towels the second night, we were told ALL of them were in the dryer and to wait till morning, very hard to believe. Stains on the bed sheets and curtains, what seems to be black mold on the faucet in the shower :( Could find better and for the price i was very disappointed!

My daughter and I have stayed at this hotel every Fourth of July for the past four years, we will be there this year as well and it has truly become one of our favorite traditions. Every single stay has been amazing. The river view is beautiful, especially around the holiday, and the atmosphere is always relaxing and welcoming. The hotel has everything you could need — clean, comfortable rooms, a gym, washer and dryer access, snack machines, and even restaurants nearby, which makes the stay so convenient. One of our favorite parts is the pool, and we absolutely love that they allow later swim times when they can. It makes the experience feel even more special and fun. The staff here are incredible — always friendly, attentive, and accommodating. They have never given me any issues about bringing my service dog, which means so much to me and makes our stays stress-free and comfortable every year. There’s also a nearby park that adds to the experience and gives us even more to enjoy during our trip. We always have such a wonderful time here that we never want to leave when it’s time to go home. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, welcoming place to stay with great amenities and amazing staff. We already look forward to coming back every year! Please don't listen to the negative reviews. It's always clean in the hotel.They always do their best to keep up on everything and have housekeepers and maintenance people working at all hours. I have never had an issue with my service dog. As long as you provide the proper documentation , they do not bother you. They would not kick somebody out on the street for having a service dog. Maybe not having the appropriate paperwork , but not for having the dog itself. There is a fee if you don't have a service dog.

The hotel was decent for a quick stay. The room was clean, but I found the breakfast options a bit lacking. Overall, it worked for what I needed, but there’s room for improvement.

Rina at the concierge was exceptional during check-in. Professional, welcoming and easily some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. She made the entire arrival process smooth and enjoyable. The room I was assigned was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely return in the near future
