Forsyth County Public Health STD Clinic

The Forsyth County Department of Public Health runs the county's free sexual-health clinic at 799 North Highland Avenue, a short drive north-east of downtown. Exams, testing and treatment for STIs are free, HIV testing is included, and you don't need to be a Forsyth County resident. It is a public clinic, not an LGBTQ+ organisation, but it is the main walk-in option in the city; North Star LGBTQ+ Community Center also runs free testing sessions.
