Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort

I stayed here for an anniversary trip to Cairns and it was the perfect home for our 4 nights here. The service we received was impeccable by all staff members who were incredibly friendly and super helpful. We were treated to a complimentary upgrade to a king bed with a pool view which is something that I had requested for but did not expect to receive so that’s always appreciated! Staying here was a constant reminder of the value of staying at a hotel sometimes over an Airbnb The buffet breakfast was very good, with everything you’d expect plus more including hot soups and curries. The pool was great for a quick dip and had a swim up bar. There are also tons of amenities and features for families with kids The room was comfortable, clean and stocked as you would expect. Overall would highly recommend

My husband and I had one night here at the end of our week in Cairns with the plan of enjoying the pool area and we certainly did! It really was beautiful with plenty of shade and sun lounges and beanbags and pool bar. Our deluxe room was also great with cloud like pillow and bed. Perfect location to the esplanade with lots of restaurant choices nearby. Parking was easy and affordable at $10 for Accor members. Highly recommend

There was a young girl at reception (I want to say her name was Rosie but I’m probably wrong!) who was super helpful and friendly… which scored it where it is… Everything else…? It’s a pretty obvious and basic Cairns style hotel… but clean enough and close to the main strip.

From check in to checked out everything was perfect. Marine took care of the checkin which was fast and easy. Mel at the restaurant was very welcoming and helpful. Nune checked us out and was also professional and helpful. The pool area is great. The rooms are clean. The bar staff were also great. We are local and will definitely be staying with novotel from now on when we go to cairns. We have stayed at many Accor properties and novotel has been the best by far!! Thank you to the whole team and we look forward to coming back very soon.

Best place to stay in Cairns! Tomeku at reception was amazing. Very friendly and helpful with all our requests Taryn, Passion and Josh in Pool bar were also amazing as made great drinks for us and very friendly also

Lovely hotel with a great welcome and lovely pool area. So close to everything within walking distance and everything is not a problem for the wonderful staff here. Highly recommend 👌
