QC Gimuy is the Cairns office of the Queensland Council for LGBTI Health (QC), the state's LGBTI community health organisation. It sits at 290 Draper Street in Parramatta Park, a short drive or 20-minute walk from the CBD. The same office hosts 2Spirits, QC's program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander sistergirls, brotherboys and LGBTI people.
QC offers peer support and sexual-health services. It has also played a central role in the Cairns Pride Festival since 2019, when the then Queensland AIDS Council stepped in after the original Pride board voted to wind up.
