Park Regis Concierge Apartments, Cremorne

Great place to stay for a night. Very comfortable. Beautiful view of the golf course and beach from our room.

Great value rooms. Location perfect with pub next door serving top notch food, shopping centre on other side. Bus within 2 mins to ferries to quay.

Nice apartments in an accessible area if you include parking space with reservation. Very close to The Metro, shopping, normal rail accessible via walking or bus. Units are nice but if I actually owned one of the units I would be really annoyed at the basin design in bathroom that has wrong size tap for huge shallow dish. Also if using dryer it will take you all day. Adequate amt of cooking utensils. Beds are comfortable but bring a top sheet with you unless you are happy 2 sleep with doona on top only. The wifi is VERY unreliable but don't know if this is a problem all high rise apartments have with multiple high rises surrounding. All in all we found it serves our Sydney visit purposes & we have stayed more than once

Quite old inside but liveable

The worst customer service we've ever had from an accommodation. We arrived around 9.45pm and used the lockbox exactly per instructions. Nothing came out. The assistance line on the lockbox kept cutting us off and we would get a new person each time, meaning we were only able to communicate our problem before it hung up. We called the support number multiple times and were gaslit into thinking it was us that somehow entered the code incorrectly or missed the key being in there. We were constantly told they were leaving messages with the on-call person to come and let us in, but that's all they could do. We watched a family check in after us and they got their key. After an hour (and very late at night) we had to seek alternative accommodation, leaving us $250 out of pocket for our interstate trip. The following morning I got a call and an apology. Apparently the phone number on file was incorrect. We were assured they had started processing a refund. After three days of no communication, we called to enquire, and were told someone would be in contact the following day. After another 24 hours of no contact I sought a refund through our booking provider Hotels.com and got a refund within days. We were shocked they had no business continuity plan and no additional emergency contacts. Overall poor communication, poor service.

Apartments ate spotlessly clean, well supplied with everything you need and well located

Friendly staff, great view of the harbour, and so easy to catch the bus into town with the bus stop right out the front.

Great value for money and decent sized rooms! Loved that it had a washine machine and kitchen! Staff were helpful and grocery store one min walk along with some bars that were fun! Easy to get bus to many beaches! Ideal!

Construction work occuring within the building, woke me and my partner up before 8am everyday- no notification of this, we wouldn't have booked if we knew, toilet was constantly flushing by itself, safe wasn't operational, found and killed 2 cockroaches in our room and false fire alarm wasted an hour of our morning and made us late for a booking. Photos of the accommodation are deceptive, in person it is very dated. Mattress is a terrible old spring mattress that should have been replaced a decade ago.
