Freedom Centre

Freedom Centre is a peer-based support and social space for LGBTIQA+ young people in Perth, tucked away in Leederville and run under the WA AIDS Council (WAAC). It offers drop-in sessions, peer-led groups, counselling referrals and a safe place to connect — a community resource rather than a nightlife venue. For queer travellers it's useful to know as a point of contact for local support and information. Check freedom.org.au for current opening times and programs.
