We stayed here as a bit of a treat, and it was well worth the money. The location is great - very convenient if you're travelling by train as Flinders St station is just across the river, it's only a few minutes walk. The service was very kind and helpful, someone was able to take our bags up to our room for us and check in was quick and easy. Our room was lovely, maybe a little old fashioned style-wise, but clean and comfortable, with plenty of space. The bathroom was a really good size - although the bath was quite small, I'm only 5'5" and found it just ok, but anyone taller would struggle to fit. We didn't eat at the restaurants this time, but ordered some desserts to the room, which were really delicious, the lemon tart was excellent! The only small complaint is that there was no easily accessible power point next to the bed, but it wasn't a huge inconvenience. We had a great stay, and we'll definitely be back, we're looking forward to trying the spa services next time!
Little slow with service. They charged us for two breakfasts instead of one. We had to chase them for days to Refund the money but they did eventually with a bit of trouble. But excellent location and place. Would return again on my next trip. Very close to flinders station as well
What a great hotel. Recently stayed at The Langham for a concert in Melbourne. I am so lucky I found it. We flew in from Adelaide on a late flight, the staff were super accomodating and we even got a free upgrade! Our room was super clean, cozy, big enough for my fiancé and I! We were in walking distance to everything and such a short distance from Rod Laver Arena. I wish we stayed for an extra night that’s how amazing it was. We didn’t get to try the pool but next time we will. We will 100% be back! Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We are super excited to stay here again when we come back to Melbourne!!
Perfect for a weekend getaway, team are all extremely helpful and kind, rooms immaculate and our stay was wonderful!
