This property punched above its weight and pricing in accommodation quality. Great bedding, great shower, quiet and clean and good service.

Close to the metro, plenty of coffee shops, and delicious dining options. Rooms are small but nice. Clean and nicely laid out bathroom. Friendly staff

This hotel is smack in the middle of EVERYTHING. The bus stop is only a few meters away from the hotel and very convenient. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff are nice as well. Will definitely be staying here again when I come back in the near future.

Super basic no thrills hotel. Location is pretty good, rooms are small and basic, no water in room, 1 toilet roll, no where to put your case, small clothes hanging area, no facilities really. All in all ok for 1 nights stay to get your head down.

I booked this hotel through Rakuten Travel and had a very disappointing experience with both the booking terms and the hotel’s response. The listing language is highly confusing and, frankly, contradictory. It suggests a “pay at hotel” style arrangement, while at the same time allowing the hotel to charge the card in advance. This is not presented in a clear or transparent way, especially for international travelers. In my case, I was charged prior to the stay without any notification, and the amount was approximately JPY 10,000 higher than the price displayed at the time of booking. While currency fluctuations can occur, a difference of this magnitude was neither clearly explained nor expected. When I reached out to the hotel, the response was simply to refer back to their policy, without addressing the pricing discrepancy or the lack of clarity in how the terms were presented. There was no real attempt to review the situation or provide a reasonable explanation. Transparency and clear communication are basic expectations when making international bookings. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet that standard.
