G Hotel Eilat
Visitors often praise the hotel's good location and delicious food, with some finding it a nice small hotel with an excellent pool that justifies the price. However, a recurring complaint is the presence of unpleasant smells in rooms and dining areas, along with issues regarding cleanliness and the condition of the rooms and bathrooms.

Cute hotel. Delicious food. Reasonable rooms, there was a bit of an annoying smell, clean linens, clean bathroom.
I booked a weekend with my partner through the agent Moran Istha, who sent me to a garden room by the pool. They came after me for a long trip to check in. We didn't get keys and it wasn't real to my eyes. The room was small, the furniture was old, the shower door was swollen and there were stains on it. They put a lot of soap and toilet paper in the shower. The floor was cracked. The refrigerator had no shelves. The whole wardrobe was swollen. I went to reception where I waited for an hour and a half and spoke to the agent at the same time and she said they would change my room. I was joined by a human resources manager, Osnat, who tried to help and couldn't believe the look of the rooms upstairs. Something was smoking and coughing. I was really scared. The rooms were worse. After that, I was called from reception, who had already vacated another room. They understood we were tired and we stayed to sleep there on Friday night at midnight. Oriental music with a wedding amplifier. We couldn't sleep. We said we were watching TV. We wouldn't pay attention to the noise. The remote control didn't work. The batteries were exposed, without a cover, and it didn't switch channels. We called reception. No one came until the next day when we returned. The mall smelled of sewage. We wanted to sleep and rest. A maintenance plumber came with a mask and opened the sewer for me. We had to leave the hotel again. We couldn't stand the smells. We went to reception. We spoke to the agent and she said she would move us to another room. She sent me pictures that the room was ready for us. We came back tired. They don't have air conditioning in the lobby. It's hot. We had to move our luggage again. I keep Shabbat. I was told there were hot plates. We didn't eat anything all Shabbat. I waited for a second to escape from there. Shabbat ended. I asked for all my money back. The agent told me with full confidence that you won't get anything. I'm posting this here so that people won't go through what I went through and continue to claim my money back.
Nice small hotel, excellent pool, worth a visit
We arrived at the hotel after reading some really unpleasant reviews on the way there. We arrived with low expectations and left extremely satisfied. The cleanliness, the service, the food, the pool, everything was excellent, the price was affordable and the location was perfect, close to all the attractions. Highly recommended, we will be back again!
This "hotel" stinks. There are lots of flies/insects in the dining room. The food is not tasty and the chairs are dirty. The pictures show beautiful rooms, but when you enter the room, there is a foul smell. The toilet is inside the shower and you can't call it a shower because it is so small. There is no air conditioning or fan. The rooms have runny nose on the floor and throughout the room. A "really great" experience.
The hotel is in a great location, a rich and very tasty breakfast. There is a parking problem and a little more cleanliness would not hurt. But it justifies the price and the stay there. Recommended for those who do not want to take out a mortgage on a vacation.
