I had a business trip to the Shinjuku area and found this hotel while searching for a nearby hotel. I was extremely satisfied with my stay. I would like to stay here again the next time I come to Tokyo. The location is excellent, less than a minute's walk from Okubo Station, which is just one stop from Shinjuku Station. The hotel's exterior is stylish and modern, made of concrete. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The WiFi worked well too. The reception staff were very kind. The main entrance is locked after 7 PM, and you need to enter a passcode to enter, but they kindly guided me to the entrance and even showed me how to use it! The price was quite reasonable considering the area, newness, and cleanliness. Also, the Okubo area has many Korean restaurants and is a unique area of ​​Tokyo, so even though it was a business trip, I felt like I was sightseeing. It was a wonderful hotel that I would like to use again. Thank you!

Great Hotel in a Perfect Location. You can reach Yanamato Line in under 5 Minutes. Lots of Shops and Restaurants nearby. Hotel Staff super respectful and thoughtful. They noticed that I had my Birthday during the Trip and gave me something very thoughtful.

Very relaxing stay at da Haus Hotel Shinjuku, it’s like a beautiful boutique hotel. Very conveniently located walking distance from Shin-Okubu station on JY line in Tokyo. We stayed here for 3 nights and kids also loved the place. Very easy to self checkin if you reach after hours. Laundry option in room and separate as well.

Hello The location is ideal, close to public transport, restaurants, shops, and all other amenities. Late arrivals are possible thanks to the tablet check-in system, so you can arrive even in the middle of the night. The ground-floor room is comfortable, very clean, and bright. Everything is provided to make your stay pleasant. The bathroom has a shower and a small bathtub (which is very convenient when you have children), as well as a washing machine, which is handy for a longer stay, although there is a laundromat in the hotel hallway. A tiny but very functional kitchen with a microwave and sink allows you to heat up meals. There is an outdoor area, but unfortunately, we couldn't use it, which is a bit of a shame. Not being able to enjoy something that could really enhance the room is a bit disappointing. I don't understand why the outdoor area is closed off. There is also a covered smoking area with a drinks dispenser and blankets. Open 24/7, which is a real plus for smokers. The staff is extremely polite, friendly, and attentive. It's a welcome change from some hotels. They even ordered a taxi for us after we checked out because our app wasn't working. You can contact them through their website, and they respond quickly. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was the best experience i’ve ever had staying at a hotel, it truly lives up to its high ratings. I love how the bunk bed setup gave luggage space, and the beds were very comfortable and sturdy. The room had a kitchenette, the bathroom was spotless with EXCELLENT water pressure, and bathroom amenities were included. The hotel felt modern, well-maintained, with fast WiFi, digital locks, and a comfortable workspace. The location was close to train stations, restaurants, and shops like Don Quijote and konbinis. Luggage storage and laundry machines added to the experience as well. What stood out to me most was the amazing staff and their incredible hospitality. They were incredibly friendly and responsive. The staff will go above and beyond, explaining in person how to adjust the thermostat, provided a clothes steamer when asked, kitchenware, offering to keep my ice cream in their staff freezer, and even helped to bring back my forgotten passport to the airport! My mind was blown from the attention to detail from the place and efforts from the staff. I am forever grateful and I highly recommend da Haus to anyone looking to stay in this area! :)

Highly recommend. Very clean, quiet, great location right by a train station, Don Quiote, 711 and lots of restaurants. It was nice having a washer/dryer in the room and laundry soap was provided. Our family of 4 fit comfortably in the bunk bed room. The room had a small kitchenette with microwave, kettle and dishes. The front desk staff went above and beyond walking us to the main road and hailing us a cab in the rain. For first timers to Japan this was an excellent base with easy access to trains to get around the city. There is nothing we wished had been different. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent quiet location close to 2 metro stops! Don Quixote and 7-11 nearby. Clean good sized rooms, comfy beds - our bunk beds didn’t squeak or move all!!, nice sheets, great shower with all the products, free tea and coffee, handy water refill station, luggage storage. Friendly and helpful staff too.

I've stayed at this hotel three times now and I love everything about it: the location, cleanliness, strong water pressure, the kitchenette with complete amenities. If you book a room for three people, there's even a washing machine and a bathtub in the room.

I booked the hotel through Agoda, but there was a problem with the Agoda comment. Communication with the hotel was difficult. After arrival, the issues were resolved through communication. The hotel isn't large, but hot water, laundry facilities, and general cleaning were all provided. The location is just one stop from Shinjuku! The rooms and bathrooms are more spacious than typical Japanese hotels! I would go again, but I recommend it for families!
