One of the best hotel experiences in Lebanon! The hotel is very clean, cozy, and truly feels like a home away from home. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. I honestly spent some of the best days there, and everything about the stay was comfortable and memorable. The atmosphere is calm, family-friendly, and perfect for couples as well. Without a doubt, whenever I come back to Lebanon, I will definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation. Highly recommended! ❤️

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made the stay pleasant. However, the cleanliness did not meet the standards expected from a hotel.

The hotel is clean, the reception staff are friendly, the room service is fast, and the bed is comfortable. A parking garage is available. However, there are several drawbacks: • The breakfast is very poor. • Water and tissues are not provided daily in the room, even when requested. • There is no toothbrush or bathroom slippers provided. • The restaurant staff are not very friendly. When I asked about these issues, I was told that the management has changed and that this is the new management’s policy. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

This was a very bad experience, starting from the front desk all the way to the room quality. The light at the room entrance was not working, the air conditioning was only blowing ventilation and not cooling, and the sliding drawer was not functioning properly. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell in the room. I do not recommend staying in Room 404.
