Privato Hotel Ortigas

Not worth the money, sorry. Check-in took quite a while, and despite being told that the room was still being prepared, we were given a room with several cleanliness issues. Upon entering, there was an unpleasant smell, the floor had not been thoroughly swept, there were stains on the bathroom door, the room chair was visibly dirty, and there were stains on both the bed sheets and pillows. To make matters worse, no towels were provided upon check-in, and when we requested them, the service was very slow. And when towels arrived, they smelled bad and looked dirty. Aircon is working fine but also very dirty. You can also hear everyone talking, walking, screaming as room is not soundproof. TV doesn't have any smart features unlike what we've expected from the other tiktok reviews. The room was advertised as having a king bed, but the bed size did not seem to be a true king. The shower area also had only a small clear divider, which allowed water to splash outside and soak the rest of the bathroom floor. Even if you're looking for a budget-friendly option, I would recommend considering other affordable hotels or motels that offer better cleanliness, comfort, and overall value for money. Even if your goal is simply to have a place to sleep, there are better options available.

I give an excellent rating to the hotel's banquet and food preparation during our seminar. Kudos to the banquet's service crew. However, I feel the administrative and front desk staff were not visible or accessible during our seminars. They only visited us during the first 2 days of the seminar, so they were unable to assist us on the other days. We had a problem with the room assignments, as the assignments we were provided were not followed, causing confusion among our youth participants. Housekeeping was responsive, but function room's adjoining restroom could use some improvement.

Our room was in 1608, and it had the most amazing view! The ambience was really great, it felt good, and relaxing. Also, the pool was a good addition so we had a lot to do aside from just staying in our rooms or going to the gym. The service was also amazing! They were so nice and attended to our needs ASAP. Also, they always had a positive vibe from the start. Overall, I had a great time. Thank you, Privato Hotel Ortigas!
