Actually the overall place was great. The vibe, the drinks, and def super love the service. One thing lang was that there were inconsistencies when it came to our bill. Since we had addn’l people in our standing table, we paid an extra 500/head for the other party beyond the pax of the table. That comes with free drinks as well naman. We were initially told that we can deduct nalang some of drinks para yun na yung free. Then came the bill, hindi daw pala pwede, we have to get the free drinks daw sa bar. So maybe just be consistent with what you tell your customers. Others might not take it as lightly as we did lalo na when influenced with alcohol. No other concerns naman na. The experience was still great despite the inconsistencies.

Club Hype has an amazing vibe from the moment you walk in. Sobrang friendly, accommodating, and approachable ng mga staff special shoutout talaga to the receptionist, Sir Jazer who is super professional, attentive, and genuinely caring siya sa guests We were initially placed on the 2nd floor and requested to be transferred to the 1st floor. Without any hassle, he immediately assisted us and made sure we were comfortable and happy with the setup. Ramdam mo talaga yung excellent customer service and hospitality. Overall, the place has great music, good food, solid drinks, and excellent service. A perfect spot to hang out with friends and enjoy the night. Definitely coming back again!

Had the worst experience so far. I don't know but the hype was so bad. Last Sunday when we were giggling we were at a standing table, our floor was full of beer bottles and on top of the table. So we called some servers to clear them because there were times when we broke them since we were drinking. So we had to call the utility later to clean the bottles. But they said, "DUE TO POLICY", the managers still don't want to remove the bottles for unknown reasons. What the hell kind of policy is that!? Hype management, maybe you could fix your club, your club is beautiful but it's turning into a trash can with what you're doing. With all the policies you're implementing, who's stupid enough to do that? Spent almost 15k just to be surrounded by trash! Is this a scam? Not recommended, not worth spending! 👎🏻

Your rules are ugly, we bought another bottle of alcohol for our games but you don't allow the server to drink even though we went home around 6am and we were the only people there. The service was okay, I went to the manager myself to inform him but he still didn't allow it. Please change your rules.

Club Hype exceeded my expectations! The atmosphere was vibrant yet stylish, the music was great, and the DJ really got the party started, keeping you dancing all night. The service team was warm and attentive, maintaining efficiency even during peak hours, especially the reservation manager who was very professional. The drinks were well-made, and while not cheap, they were good value for money; the 2000+ per person price tag delivered a high-quality experience. The venue was spacious with convenient parking, suitable for parties of all sizes. However, the song library could be updated more quickly, and occasionally some orders were missed; the tables were also a bit cramped. Overall, it's a popular choice for Quebec nightlife, perfect for gatherings with friends or company parties, and I can't wait to go back!
