Turkiye Hotel Baku – Kostenlose Massage

I stay almost 2 weeks with my family.very dirty bed mattress,mosquito in all hotels special in room.cleaning staf is temporary cleaning.same breakfast everyday broken cup no handles breakfast until 11am but after 10:30 almost finsh no fill up,warm buffet always close.only get massage 1 day free after they told only hole trip 1 time massage after you pay.pool is closed basement pool is dirty so smell.need a good management for this hotel.staff is Grady

The Hotel is good for econimic positions and i thanks mr. Rafie and other staf helpful . Swiming pool sona also available ..

If you maintain the same price and quality, this is a hotel I will consistently choose. We stayed in Baku in March for 35 manat per day for two people. It's the cheapest and cleanest hotel you can find at that price. At least they stand by their word, and the rooms are good. Most hotels in Baku are scams; you can't stay everywhere. As someone who has stayed in many hotels in this area, I can say that if you can't find a room at this hotel, choose Damla Hotel; it's quiet and peaceful. I have a few suggestions for improvement, hopefully they will take them into consideration. We experienced occasional water shortages; the water tank ran out, but they fixed it immediately. However, it could still be checked beforehand. Also, the TV didn't have satellite settings, so we couldn't use it. Other than that, we were very happy and satisfied.

We did pre-booking, but when we went there, there were no reception in this hotel. There was a hotel beside this hotel, which is the family Hotel in that description. We need to check in and when they give the room they have not shown as the room we went all alone, and there are no enough flights. It’s all dark and the room was very small. Apart from that there is no lights in the room. Only one 2 light like that and the washroom tap was leaking. When we ask for a change room, they said that they don’t have any room and we have seen bugs in our bed, bedsheets and blankets. The night was very bad when I showed that picture to the reception, then she said that okay, we will give you in this family Hotel and she gave us room in that hotel and that room was little big, but same the lights were not enough, and the heater was not giving good amount of heat. Apart from that we ask for room cleaning, but when we came back, the room was as it is, they did not give any room cleaning and we book breakfast as well, so breakfast was good, but it was all cold. There was no good options for breakfast. Apart from that there is no cook available so if you want anything, you cannot eat it from the hotel and there are no food shops nearby the hotel so like that, and apart from that, my friends also pre-booked for around 6 to 7 peoples and they have selected single beds while Booking, but when they went to check in, they have taken one hour time to give the rooms and also they said that they don’t have any single beds. They are only having double beds like that, so not a good option. Apart from that the massage they gave for free was also not good. The girl who was doing massage was not professional and seems like she don’t know how to give massage so not a good option for the Hotel. The price is good, but not the hotel.
