Aristote Hotel

Staff was friendly, but for the rest: room was super tiny, there was a hole in the wall, radiator was rusty, bed was not very clean and very uncomfortable. Only one electricity outlet in the entire room. You could hear very well the neighbors.

Let's be clear, the only positive point is the location. Everything else is negative: noisy (both outside and inside the hotel), poorly insulated, poorly laid out, outdated... the list could go on, but there are already many comments about it.

Really bad managed hotel.... old ugly and disgusting... Never again...

1.) The day I checked out of that dingy hotel was the best day of my life! 2.) My own shower at home, after three days of just washing myself for fear of mold poisoning! 3.) The stars (or at least two out of three) date back to the 1940s. Upon arrival, a higher amount was demanded than stated on Booking.com (even though the tourist tax was included there). The threat of informing Booking.com worked! The hotel is completely run-down, and I would even classify it as a health hazard. My room, and especially the bathroom, was filthy, moldy, and neglected. I don't even want to describe the smell. This is a case for the health inspectors and the trade supervisory office! Mushroom pickers will be in their element here, as they don't need to go out into the forest; a visit to the bathroom is enough to find plenty of mushrooms. The electrical switch for the bathroom light was haphazardly held in the wall with tape. An electrical safety no-go—no protection against electric shock! The bedspread was heavily marked with cigarette burns. Regarding the supposedly available "public parking spaces in front of the hotel," I can only say that if you drive around long enough, you might eventually get lucky and find a parking spot. After I informed the hotel staff about the dilapidated and unacceptable After I informed them about the condition of the room, they were very surprised by the pictures I had taken and said that they had never actually inspected the rooms. For these rooms, I was then charged around €170 per night. It's a mystery to me how this place can remain open in such a deplorable state. Sleeping in my car would have been cheaper and, above all, cleaner. Only after I raised my voice at reception did they give me a different room, which unfortunately wasn't any better. (Less mold and the light switch was properly attached.) Enjoy browsing through the pictures; I still get goosebumps just thinking about it :-( Result: a pretty filthy place :-(

Avoid this place at all costs! I spent one night in this hotel and woke up with red spots on my skin. Apparently, the beds are infested, even though the sheets were clean.

A disaster. The beds are incredibly hard; it felt like we were sleeping on a wooden floor. The shower was filthy, everything was ancient, and even the electrical outlets sparked when we plugged in our phone chargers. The breakfast was very poor, and the reception staff were quite unpleasant. The location is fairly close to the city center, but in a very bad neighborhood; definitely avoid going out at night.
