You always need to wait aged to place an order, they never pay attention when new costumers are inside and come take their order. You need to hunt down an eye contact or raise your hands in hope they see you. Not once or twice, almost every time . Also no AC. In the lounge during summer?…

I was really looking forward to our Yalo moment (we’ve been there many times), but this time the service left much to be desired, and that is something that is happening more and more. We started with an aperitif in the rooftop bar: nice vibe, but despite the large staff, they paid no attention to you as a guest. We had to strike up a conversation with each other and wave for a long time before we could reach someone. Our baba ganoush came with burnt toast, and the comment we were told was "that is our style"... the table next to us had a good laugh. Then we went downstairs for dinner, where we were promised "air conditioning" when we made the reservation, but unfortunately, it wasn't there. You pay quite a bit to eat there, but the service was absolutely terrible. Not knowing what the chef's menu was or which dishes were on it, never coming to refill our wine and water, putting the dishes on the table rather "thrown"... no attention for us, even though we are regulars and it was on my birthday to boot. Very disappointing...

Great hotel with exceptional staff, they helped me so much with my 3 children

The cleaning staff left the door to my room wide open. Not just unlatched, visibly open. Super upsetting to find this when I came back late at night. Desk staff apologized but offered no compensation. Great location, liked the "vibe" with plants in the walls. Room is tiny and not enough space for clothes. Lighting for mirror is bad. Front desk staff are helpful but cleaning staff is not good. Aside from learning my room open, the mirrors and shelves were dusty and they never refilled the tea in my room despite staying 3 nights and using it the first day. Breakfast quality of food is very good, but it's overpriced compared to cafes in the area. Pastries and cooked foods were delicious. Coffee machine coffee was not good, burnt tasting.
