Edit 23. 3. – I must admit that I was very pleasantly surprised by the actions of the operator. The response was quick, an apology and compensation came. After explaining the situation with the roommate one floor below, I am perhaps even sorry that the operators have to deal with such inconveniences because of people who, with their inconsiderateness, can ruin the stay of others. So I am adding an extra star because I really appreciate the effort to resolve the situation. Thank you We stayed in apartment no. 9. Unfortunately, immediately after arrival we were unpleasantly surprised by the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom, which could not be removed even by ventilation. This significantly affected the overall impression of the stay. Otherwise, the location is relatively quiet, there is no significant noise in the area, which I evaluate positively. For one night's accommodation it is sufficient, but for the given price I think that better options can be found. I regret that I only reported the smell problem the next day - we arrived after Blik Blik late in the evening and it was clear to us that the situation would not be resolved at that time. Ideally, we would have appreciated the possibility of moving to another room or at least some form of compensation. We will probably choose a different accommodation next time

Completely online check in and out process, decent hot breakfast available, backyard with seating and dog friendly. Not a bad place

Very nice accommodation close to the centre. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom.

A nice hotel for an overnight stay on the road. We had a minor access issue, but it was quickly resolved. The hotel is unmanned, with entry via a code.

The room was in good condition. The kitchenette was poorly equipped and some of the equipment in the shower was very worn out. The apartments are in a good location in terms of proximity to the center, but the rooms face the street, which is quite noisy. Anyway, if you are not sensitive to noise, it will definitely not bother you.

Had a lot of hassle with the payment of this stay, service could have been better instead of not hearing anything from your father over the chat

Everything was perfect. The facilities were great, the staff helped with everything. It was quiet and everything was reasonably priced. A short walk to the center. Thanks, I will definitely come back.

The service was terrible and almost impossible to reach! Online payment was also very complicated, and paying by bank card is IMPOSSIBLE! There's no proper reception either!

The soup was flavorful and comforting.

The room itself was nice, bright, and pleasantly furnished. Unfortunately, there were some serious flaws that significantly marred the stay. Minor issues like mold in the shower and dust on the wooden beams are unfortunately common – unsightly, but still tolerable. However, what is completely unacceptable: there were clearly visible blood spatters on the walls throughout the room – some even directly above the bed, on light switches, and on furniture (see photos). This is not only unhygienic but also gives an extremely neglected impression. Clearly, the room was neither inspected nor thoroughly cleaned. Breakfast was also disappointing: very basic, presented without any care, and it looked like it had been sitting out for a while. It lacked freshness and appeal. Overall, the price-performance ratio is not right, especially when it comes to cleanliness and basic hygiene.
