Room ok. Nothing cutting edge, but one night on a weekday was fine

The food at the restaurant was good and the customer service was great! A cozy and relaxed place.

(14.–15.6.) First, when we entered and bought our tickets, the employee said that we had to leave our bags at the cloakroom. He insisted that we put our wallets and other belongings in our pockets. When we pointed out that such a request was unreasonable and unethical – especially since it had not been requested before – we suggested that the bags could be checked. However, it seemed more like an attempt to get us to pay extra (3 € per hanger) than about security. At the bar, I immediately told my friend that it would be worth ordering a drink from a woman named Eeri (I hope I heard her name correctly), because she is always very attentive and professional. Unfortunately, this time our order was taken by a young man, to whom we described a drink that we had previously had and liked. However, we received a drink that did not match our order at all. When we told him about this, he said that he had understood it “the other way around” and could not do anything about it. When we repeated that we didn't order what we got, he first tried to avoid the issue, but eventually made something that resembled our order - but that didn't meet our expectations either.

The beds are good. The windows leaked cold air because one of the window latches had been left open, the blankets were thick and the cold didn't get through the blanket. The pillows were also good. There was also a large refrigerator in the room, for example for snacks, and a fairly new television. The curtains were also thick and didn't let too much of the spring sunshine through in the morning. Sleeping on the night between Saturday and Sunday was not possible despite earplugs, because the noise downstairs and the bass vibration of the music were felt throughout my body and unfortunately the noise also came through the earplugs, although I'm usually a sound sleeper. The hotel room had been informed about the noise problem on a separate laminated notice. However, the noise was not mentioned when I inquired about the possibility of staying overnight by phone or mentioned it at the information desk. The service was friendly despite the noise problem and I felt welcomed with a smile. You will definitely get a good night's sleep during the week, but be prepared for loud music and karaoke on the weekends, and if you're in a party mood, it's a great place to stay overnight. When parking in front of the hotel, it's a good idea to pay attention to the required parking disc and the maximum parking time, so it's a good idea to leave your car in a non-time-limited parking space, the hotel will probably have instructions for this (I parked outside of the restricted hours, so parking was easy). There was also a good selection of drinks downstairs, and you can get good food from the restaurant an hour before it closes, as the menu has a good selection to choose from. The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Easy to find, good location. No real experience with the accommodation, but otherwise a cozy place 😊

It might not be worth thinking about if you need to sleep (it's worth noting that the hotel has a nightclub downstairs). The room is basically ok, what with the indoor air quality problems, at least in our room, but what can you expect for that price. The staff at Pub Wäinö downstairs are absolutely brilliant, 10/10 service there, the same cannot be said about the company's management. The biggest problem in my case is that following the hotel's parking instructions resulted in two parking fines from the parking company, which have still not been reimbursed. I complained about the matter as early as 15.05 and now they are not even responding to my contacts. I also complained to the parking company, but they gave me clear information that the instructions given by the hotel are incorrect. I used to have a good impression of the activities of NoHo Partners (the company that operates the hotel), but now I am so disgusted that I don't even dare to write my thoughts here.
