We had a fantastic evening at this hotel. Thanks to the amazing rooftop bar—intimate, with breathtaking views, comfortable, and spacious—we loved it as a group of friends. The friendliness, helpfulness, and smiles of the staff were truly appreciated. Thank you.

Very nice, modern, and well-maintained. The front desk service is excellent. We had a problem with our first room, and they quickly resolved it. Conveniently located for walking to the central area, with public transportation nearby. Safe and secure. I recommend it.

FirstName Bordeaux delivered on every level, and the setting alone makes it worth choosing over any other hotel in the city. The hotel is located in the Mériadeck district, home to some of Bordeaux's most striking brutalist architecture. From our room we had a direct view of the iconic Caisse d'Épargne building, a 1977 landmark often referred to as the "Brutalist Guggenheim," now a listed historic monument. The hotel building itself shares that same bold architectural DNA. It is a neighborhood that surprises you and stays with you. The room was spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable. The design is clean and thoughtful, and the location puts you minutes from the city center, Bordeaux is made for walking, and this hotel makes that easy. The service throughout was impeccable. A special mention for Claire at front desk, who went above and beyond, helping us navigate the city, arranging our wine country tour to St. Emilion, and securing our reservation at La Tupina. That kind of personalized attention is rare and made a real difference to our stay. The hotel has a garage on site for those arriving by car, which is convenient, though Bordeaux is truly a walking city and you won't need it once you're settled.

We stayed two nights at this establishment, whose only positive point is its convenient location. We booked a room with a sauna, which, despite our complaints, was not working. Furthermore, when we requested a second duvet, the chambermaid brought us the duvet and sheet, which we then had to assemble ourselves. It should also be noted that the room's hygiene left much to be desired. In response to our complaints, one of the managers stated that a gesture of goodwill would be made, namely a refund of 25% of the room price. However, to date, despite several calls, we have received no further response from them.

Beautiful new hotel with exceptional amenities.

AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!!! My room was accessed and my skincare had been tampered .The face cream container was completely emptied out , a large amount of my eye cream had been scooped out by an unknown object, my toothbrush was left with a weird smell. I reported this incident to the police and hotel. The hotel GM's tone changed 180 degrees after I checked out. They initially agreed to a full refund for the damages items but then short-changed the amount and refused to take responsibility for the security failure. The hotel refused to refund the stay itself, claiming there was 'no evidence' of staff fault. If you value your belongings and your health, stay elsewhere. Don't let the Hyatt name fool you—do not stay here thinking you will receive "Hyatt standard" service or safety. ****** A reply to the hotel's prompt response "Prompt reply" after disappearing for 3 weeks? That's rich. Lol Your response completely misses the point: You conveniently omit the fact that your own staff confirmed the toothbrush odor when you both inspected my room. This alone proves tampering occurred. This incident ruined my stay and shows zero accountability from this hotel. Guests, beware.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Bordeaux! The rooms are beautiful and the welcome (even with my late arrival) was perfect! Breakfast, because breakfast is important, was varied and featured high-quality products. I highly recommend it! PS: Being a bit absentminded, I'd forgotten my sweatshirt in the wardrobe, but they put it aside until I retrieved it. Thank you!

This hotel is great for it's price. The location is convenient for exploring the historic district. Very large grocery store almost nextdoor. The tram is super convenient if coming in by train or airport.
