La Jetée — Digue du Port de Nice

The Digue du Port — the breakwater jetty by the lighthouse at the Port of Nice — is a long-standing daytime cruising and sunbathing spot for gay men, on the concrete blocks facing the sea. It is busiest in the warmer months. Note that naturism here is now strictly forbidden and the area is monitored by police on land and water, so discretion is essential; keep swimwear on and be mindful of your surroundings. It is an open public space, so exercise the usual caution.
