Hôtel Suisse Strasbourg

Hello everyone, my name is Chérif Ibrahima, I am 18 years old.

The hotel is so lovely, I'm absolutely in love ❤️. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a beautiful ambiance and friendly staff. They get a point for the complimentary mint and lemon water. Everything is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast is quite good. The small garden is lovely enough to enjoy your breakfast under the trees. The rooms are equally beautifully decorated. The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning. There was a fan, so it wasn't a big problem, but air conditioning would still have been preferable. I think it beautifully reflected the historical atmosphere of Strasbourg. I was very pleased.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Suisse in Strasbourg. The location is absolutely perfect – right in the city center, right next to the beautiful cathedral, within walking distance of everything the city has to offer. We arrived late at night with our five children, and the staff were incredibly helpful and flexible. They made sure the whole family got good rooms, and welcomed us with a smile despite our late arrival. The hotel is charming, clean and cozy. The staff are nice, polite and genuinely care about their guests. It is clear that they value good service, which made the stay extra enjoyable. The breakfast was also very good. Cocoa was served for the children. You could sit outside in the French oasis or inside in cozy French style! We honestly do not understand why the hotel is classified as a 3-star hotel. After our experience, it definitely deserves 4 stars. We can highly recommend the Hotel Suisse to anyone who wants a comfortable, charming and hospitable stay in the heart of Strasbourg. The hotel offers an ideal base for exploring the city. We stayed in both a family room with two adults and two children, and also in two separate double rooms. Both options worked well for our family. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff at both reception and the café were very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the hotel's outdoor area and the surrounding neighborhood, which is a lovely place to relax. The location, with its view of the cathedral, is superb—very central yet quiet. Highly recommended for a city break in Strasbourg!

Charming hotel, a bit old-fashioned but with traditional decor. Small room with a new bathroom and spotless. No air conditioning, but the hotel mentions this on its website. Excellent breakfast with the famous Felder Kouglof (you can take one home if you order the day before). Welcoming and very pleasant staff.
