The short version: Strasbourg has three saunas with gay sessions and one gay sex club. Only Sauna Equateur is men-only every day. Drak and L'Antr'acte share a building with a split gay/mixed week, and Oxydo is a libertine sauna with some men-only sessions. Facts below are from each venue's own site, checked in November 2026. Schedules change, so check before you go.

Sauna Equateur
Open since 1991, a few minutes' walk from the main station, Equateur calls itself the only 100% gay sauna in town. It has a dry sauna, a hammam, a labyrinth, private cabins, a darkroom, glory holes and a video room. Weekday afternoons are quiet, which suits a first visit. Google rates it 4.4.
Drak Sauna and L'Antr'acte (Le Complex)
Le Complex on rue Moll has two parts: Drak, the sauna, with a Finnish sauna, hammam, slings, darkrooms and cabins, and L'Antr'acte, a sex club. A combined ticket gives you both. Check which days are gay before you go. Le Complex closes for a few weeks in summer, usually from late July into August.
Oxydo
Oxydo is a libertine sauna, not a gay one, with a sauna, hammam and bar. On its men-only sessions the crowd is gay and bi men. On other days it is mixed or couples-only, so check sauna-oxydo.com for the day's theme.
Gone
Some older lists name a "Sauna Apollon" on rue de l'Outre. We found no current source showing that it exists, and Equateur, Drak and Oxydo are the only saunas in current gay guides. Club Inox in Illkirch-Graffenstaden is a mixed libertine club, not a gay sauna.
Etiquette
Shower before using the hot rooms, keep a towel on in the bar and lounge areas, no photos, and 18+ only. Free HIV and STI testing is available at the CeGIDD at the Hôpital Civil.
