We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was truly perfect: the warm welcome, the kindness and professionalism of the staff, who were always available and attentive. We immediately felt at ease and well taken care of. The hotel is very pleasant, comfortable, and impeccably maintained—a real pleasure to stay there. Unfortunately, we had to shorten our stay due to circumstances beyond our control, but this in no way detracts from the quality of our experience. Special mention to Erwan for his availability, professionalism, and kindness—a real asset to the establishment! A big thank you also to the entire team: valet parking, reception, housekeeping… everyone contributed to making our stay impeccable. Thank you again to the whole team 🙏

Best ski trip ever! Hotel is wonderfully located, staff attentive and kind. I got engaged during my stay here and returned back to the room to find balloons and champagne. Breakfast was delicious everyday. Happiest time of my life. Thank you team ❤️ Ski-in and out team and service phenomenal. I really hope we come back!

After my father and I unfortunately experienced issues with another booking in Tignes, Le Diamond Rock went above and beyond to accommodate us on very short notice late Friday night. The level of care and responsiveness we received was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled seamlessly. The ski-in/ski-out setup is incredibly convenient, and the staff took care of all our equipment—storing and drying it for us, which made the entire experience effortless and stress-free. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection and high quality across the board. The dining options for both dinner and the bar were equally impressive, offering a warm atmosphere and delicious food. Although I didn’t get the chance to visit the spa this time, it gives me the perfect reason to return—and I absolutely will. The overall experience, service, and attention to detail make this hotel truly stand out. Without a doubt, this is a 5/5 experience. Highly recommended!

Last week I stayed with family at the Diamond Rock Hotel, and we had a wonderful week! Erwan made sure every dinner was an unforgettable experience with his kindness and jokes, while Jojo took great care of us at breakfast and gave us helpful tips and recommendations for activities outside the hotel. Of course, all the other staff (reception, spa, dinner, breakfast, bellboy, technicians) were also very kind, helpful, and professional. We left very early in the morning, before breakfast opened, but Erwan thoughtfully prepared a care package with food and drinks for our journey, a very nice touch which we didnt expect. The rooms were amazing and very clean. Maybe a little on the warm side, but that was easily fixed by opening the window. The spa was excellent: very clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. We visited everyday. The skiroom and skiroom staff were amazing. We would love to come back next year Greetings fam. Vd Oever

An extremely disappointing stay at the Diamond Rock, and far from the level of service expected of a 5-star hotel. From the very first day, the experience was catastrophic: cold meals, disorganized service, uncleared tables, missing cutlery, no attention to detail, and no sense of quality. Frankly, I have never eaten so badly in an establishment of this category. Then, a huge problem with our friends' ski equipment: it was returned in an unacceptable condition, with deep scratches, despite being very valuable. Regarding the pool/spa, we were very aggressively asked to leave. Being reminded of the closing time is fine. But being threatened with a police call, with an inappropriate tone and unprofessional attitude, is completely unacceptable in a 5-star hotel. Finally, when we simply asked for a solution to find somewhere else to eat dinner, no serious assistance was offered. No shuttle, no assistance, not even proper support or proactive problem-solving. One expects a hotel of this caliber to offer a sense of service, a concierge, a minimum of elegance and support. Here, there was nothing. In short: high-end prices, appalling service, mediocre food, a cold welcome, and deplorable handling of customer requests. I am rarely this harsh, but this hotel absolutely does not deserve its positioning. I strongly advise against staying here. Following the management's response: Hello, I strongly contest your response as well as the public accusations made against me. I simply came to book a massage. I made no inappropriate remarks to your spa therapist, and I categorically reject this assertion. You state that you have taken measures to “protect the safety of your clients and staff.” This is a particularly serious statement. However, in reality, we were not evicted from the hotel, and no action was taken to that effect, as we left of our own accord, choosing not to extend our stay by an additional night as originally planned, and instead going to another establishment. My initial complaint concerned specific incidents, which your response carefully avoids addressing in detail: cold dishes, disorganized service, uncleared tables, massages canceled at the last minute, the lack of a concrete solution when we needed to arrange dinner elsewhere, and several unprofessional behaviors. For example, when a bottle of quality wine appeared to be corked, I asked the sommelier to taste it, and he refused, saying, "I ate a pickle, I wouldn't know." My friend, on the other hand, only approached the bar because a waitress had asked him to come and choose the rum he wanted. In summary, your public response prioritizes serious personal accusations over a serious address regarding the numerous issues we encountered during our stay. This unfortunately confirms the lack of professionalism we experienced on-site. It is particularly regrettable, as you never once came to meet with me in person to discuss these problems directly. If your intention is truly to improve your establishment rather than publicly discredit a customer, I am fully willing to continue this discussion privately, seriously, and constructively via email. My opinion therefore remains unchanged.

This hotel has huge potential. The ski room service was the best I’ve experienced in over 20 years of skiing. The attention to detail is outstanding, and the three ladies who run it are without doubt the most efficient and friendly people I’ve ever met. You can enjoy a coffee and pastry while waiting for your skis to be placed outside in the snow, ready for you. They also provide energy bars, water and juices before you head out for the day — a fantastic touch. It’s a true ski-in, ski-out hotel, which makes everything incredibly easy. The staff overall are excellent, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the beds are very good. My only criticism would be the lack of atmosphere in the bar, and the food selection could definitely be improved. Honestly, if the hotel put the ladies from the ski room in charge of front of house, this place would be absolutely amazing. A big thank you as well to Dylan, Jo and Alias, who helped make our trip great.

Five-Star Pricing, Three-Star Reality, Absent Management Diamond Rock positions itself as a five-star hotel, but our experience was far from it. Beyond several room and maintenance issues, the most disappointing aspect was the complete lack of management presence. From the first day we raised concerns, yet the General Manager never proactively engaged. Only after three days of insisting were we finally able to speak with her. In a property charging luxury rates, leadership should be visible, proactive and guest-focused — not absent. The F&B offering was particularly poor: very limited quality and constant supplements for basic items, which is not aligned with five-star standards. Ironically, the only service truly at the expected level was the Ski Room — which is outsourced and therefore not directly managed by the hotel. Overall, significantly overpriced for what is delivered.

We returned this year after spending several stays last winter… What a disappointment!! Non-existent management with whom we unfortunately couldn't communicate or express our concerns! The hotel seems to have truly lost its captain, something we really regret compared to previous years! Special mention for charging €4 for fried eggs, even though they were included in the breakfast price in previous years. In a five-star establishment, this price is simply absurd, and the head chef, whom you'll certainly hear yelling at the staff, is hardly what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. We will, however, remember the wonderful welcome at the ski room and the receptionist at breakfast, with her English accent, who brought a smile and helped us somewhat forget all the mediocre service.

Luxury in a family atmosphere, quite simple yet so attentive... For this short stay, which we hoped would be exceptional, and not being accustomed to establishments of this caliber, we were completely satisfied and even surprised by the hotel's creativity in the care provided to guests, such as the service around the ski room... We also enjoyed high-quality treatments at the Spa, delivered with great professionalism and friendly, impeccable service!
