Stayed here a year ago, way overpriced and got food poisoning, the ski instructors abandoned our 5yr old kid 30 minutes before the end time for their lesson in the hotel alone, and the manager is a proper jerk. I do not recommend staying here. Rooms are noisy and most of the kid-oriented attractions were not functioning (i.e. bowling alley not working). I am writing this review now because they have decided to send me some spam emails.

We’ve just finished our third stay at Diamond Rock and it was, once again, absolutely brilliant. What makes this hotel so special isn’t just the beautiful location - it’s the people. Jojo at breakfast is worth the trip alone. Three years in a row she’s greeted us like old friends, shared the best tips for where to ski and what to do, and brought a warmth to the start of every single day. She’s a real gem. The boot room team are superb - efficient, cheerful, and incredibly helpful in getting everyone kitted up and out on the slopes on time. The reception team are equally attentive, and the food and beverage manager went above and beyond in accommodating a gluten-free and nut-allergy requirement for one of the children in our group, even adapting pizza and pasta dishes from the menu so no one missed out. Six fantastic days on the mountain, blue skies and sunshine for most of it, fresh snow at the end. We couldn’t have asked for more. Already counting down to next time!

We have just returned from a lovely week at Le Diamond Rock. We were very impressed by the warmth of the service. Jojo is so kind, helpful and really goes above and beyond so that guests enjoy their stay. Francois and his team in the ski room are excellent - so knowledgeable and accommodating to every need. A shout out also to Hugo on reception. Breakfast is excellent but we didn’t eat in the hotel restaurants - better options in the village. The spa is nice but on the small side. We really appreciated the abundance of bottled water, muesli bars, chocolate eggs etc! Also loved the Diptyque products in the bathrooms.
