Apart from the parking, it was a superb weekend, the breakfast was excellent

Fantastic experience at the Novotel Toulouse Centre Wilson. I particularly enjoyed the room: it was very well laid out, modern, and above all, perfectly soundproofed, guaranteeing an excellent night's sleep. Special mention to the reception team: a very professional, warm, and efficient welcome. Everything was top-notch from beginning to end! I highly recommend it.

Location good but the personnel are not nice, Accor should make sure that their staff in the reception are nicer and better trained.

I stayed at this hotel with my friend. Despite requesting two beds, there were no sheets or blankets on the "convertible" sofa (child-sized!). We asked for it to be made up that afternoon upon our arrival. When we returned in the evening, the sofa had simply been unfolded without sheets or blankets. These were only provided at 9 pm after we had to ask again at reception. I found this very rude. Despite the individual kindness of the staff, I believe the hotel's organization has a problem. We also waited 20 minutes to see someone for the "welcome cocktail" (I should point out that we rang the bell as instructed: "please ring if no one is there"). Finally, the endless "conversations" and the doors slamming in the middle of the night (4 am) do not make this hotel a "quiet" place!

The hotel is very well located, modern, and spacious. The rooms are very well equipped, spacious, and the layout is excellent. The breakfast is superb.

I went in the evening during the June heatwave to cool off, and I had a great time; the lady serving (I think she's the manager) was very energetic and efficient! And the drinks were very good! The dining room is lovely too!

I have stayed here multiple times for work. Rooms are okay but rather small and warm also I miss a cosy lounge or place to hang out that other novotels do better I feel. The location is really good. So 3/5
